Do you accept my insurance?

Yes, we can help you file for dental benefits with ANY insurance plan.  While we are not an in-network provider, you DO have a choice when it comes to high quality dental care for you and your family! Call us if you need assistance in determining your benefit type - we would be glad to help.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment is expected on the day of your visit for any portion not covered by your policy. We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. Special financing may also be available through third party creditors for financing dental care.

What items do I need to have before my first visit? 

If you have dental records and/or x-rays available from a previous dentist, you may use the Authorization for Transfer of Dental Records to have your records sent to our office prior to your appointment. If your records do not arrive prior to your visit, new x-rays may be required. Please also bring your New Patient Demographics & Medical History.

What can I expect at my first visit? 

At your first appointment, we will listen closely to your concerns, and conduct a thorough examination and x-rays. We will then inform you of your options, answer any questions, and make a plan to address your concerns.
