Do you accept my insurance?

We file insurance as a courtesy for our valued patients. We file claims for most insurance plans. If you have questions about acceptance of your dental plan, please call the office.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Payment is expected on the day of your visit for any portion not covered by your policy. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Special financing may also be available through third party creditors for financing dental care.

What items do I need to have before my first visit?

If you have dental records and/or x-rays available from a previous dentist, you may use the Authorization Form to have your records sent to our office prior to your appointment. If your records do not arrive prior to your visit, new x-rays may be required. Please also bring your New Patient Demographics & Medical History Form.

What can I expect at my first visit?

At your first appointment, we will listen closely to your concerns, and conduct a thorough examination and x-rays. We will then inform you of your options, answer any questions, and make a plan to address your concerns.
